What movie begins with an elevator sex scene?

The power is out so he doesnt know who she is but spends the movie looking for her. she has breasts that could fit in a champagne glass or somehting. theres a library scene where he is dressed up like a girl flirting with his roomate mouth syncing "olive juice". also some theme about love being like a six year old boy getting the best present ever
